Language is beautiful
Language makes us human. We use it as the medium for the interaction between our minds and the world. With language we can share our experiences, thoughts and ideas. We can define our thoughts and express them through the idea representing abstract medium.

Travel
Of course travel. A lot of people, especially airline companies, would agree that traveling is one of the greatest joys in life. When you don’t have the native tongue you are practically excluded from the culture entirely. Many local people will be annoyed by you and the only activities you are left with are taking cheesy photographs and sightseeing. Even knowing the basics is going to make a huge difference
Improving your native language
That’s exactly right, by learning about the intricacies of a different language, you can better understand your native language. If this doesn’t make sense to you just try to think about analytically for a minute. Also understand that as you know one language, your ability to think abstractly may also be impaired and therefore before you can completely understand why learning another language will improve your native language you’ll have to learn a another language.
